Sci-Tech Asia is a transnational research network that promotes the development of science, technology, and society studies (STS) across Asia and beyond it. Our mission is to promote new approaches to topics at the intersection between science, technology, and society in the 21st century. Our research brings into focus the human experiences and the societal challenges of living in a world that is increasingly dominated by the power of technoscience. Our network was founded in Hong Kong in 2017 but our activities and members have global reach. We want to facilitate conversation and collaboration between scholars from different countries working on various topics related to Asia broadly defined.
