Yishan ZHONG majored Translation Studies at Xi’an International Studies University and received an MPhil degree in Anthropology from the University of Hong Kong in 2019. Her research focuses on mobile communication technologies and middle-class childrearing (mothering) in urban China. She is interested in digital technologies, generational dynamics, intimacy, and social coordination.
