Zihan ZHAO 赵子涵

I am a social-cultural anthropologist specialized in China. I completed my undergraduate studies in Chinese language and Literature at Sichuan University. I then obtained a master’s degree in Chinese Language & Culture from the National University of Singapore. I am currently a junior researcher at CIAS – Research Centre for Anthropology and Health, University of Coimbra, and a research assistant at the Sci-Tech Asia international network. I am interested in questions of kinship and family in contemporary China, with a particular focus on elderly care in rural areas.
