Nicolas STERNSDORFF-CISTERNA

Nicolas Sternsdorff-Cisterna is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Southern Methodist University, and the author of  “Food Safety After Fukushima: Scientific Citizenship and the Politics of Risk” (2019, University of Hawai’i Press) . He specializes in the study of food and science and technology with a regional focus on Japan.
